By thermowelding cleats to a standard flat belt, we can provide you with a high quality permanently affixed cleat at whatever spacing and pattern you choose. We can notch and indent cleats to allow for guides & rails, as well as attach v-guides to the bottom of the belt surface to insure proper tracking. We use only the finest domestic belting and extruded PVC cleat material, and can provide our belts in both standard and FDA grade materials (our specialty!)   All cleated belts can be furnished as follows:   Standard Cleats Available: 1/2" tall through 4" tall– black or white Splicing: • Vulcanized endless finger splices • Clipper/gator hook lacing • Alligator staple lacing • Alligator plastic lacing
